RADECS 2025
The RADECS (RADiations Effects on Components and Systems) conference will be held in Antwerp, Belgium from September 29 to October 3, 2025.
RADECS 2025 will continue the conference’s long tradition of bringing together researchers, engineers, and industry professionals focused on radiation effects on materials, components, and systems. Since its inception in 1989, RADECS has evolved from a French national conference into a major European event that alternates between conferences and technical workshops.
The conference will address critical technical challenges related to radiation effects on devices, integrated circuits, sensors, and systems, as well as radiation hardening, testing methodologies, and environmental modeling approaches. As with previous events, papers presented at RADECS 2025 will be considered for publication in a special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science journal.
Whether you’re involved in aerospace, nuclear, medical, or other radiation-sensitive industries, RADECS 2025 offers an exceptional opportunity to share knowledge, discover innovative approaches, and network with leading experts in the field.
